While you enjoy melodic performances, our chefs will be in the courtyard serving up burgers from the grill. Choose from the Burger del Rei – a butter brioche bun filled with Angus beef, Mahón cheese, vegetables, and homemade mayonnaise; the Butifarret – featuring rustic bread layered with Menorcan white sausage, fried green peppers, caramelised onions, and goat’s cheese; or our Vegan Burger – with mushroom, hummus, sun-dried tomato pesto, and vegan cheese.

While you wait, head to the courtyard bar to sip pomadas – a refreshing gin-based Menorcan cocktail – alongside local wines, beers and nonalcoholic alternatives.
